Tin Can Bay is a sleepy, lazy little place, good for relaxation and de stress.  It's not a busy place so relaxation is the name of the game.

The third Saturday of every month is Market Day.  The markets are quite large and have a comprehensive range of stalls.  Lots of fun for all.

The Marina has a barbecue on Market Day afternoon every month.  Do drop in and see all we have on offer, and meet the local crew and have a beer or two.

Come 27th September it's the Bay's Seafood Festival, this is a full day of fun, food and festivities.

In October we have the Fisherman's Golf Day.  Do you play golf?  If so come and join us and have a game, and meet the locals.

Or just bring your bicycles and enjoy a ride along our bikeways, or a walk along our tracks, and get back to nature and enjoy the flora and fauna.

Fishing is also an important part of our culture, so hire a dinghy and drop a line in and see what you catch.

Tin Can Bay Marina proudly supports the Sailability Tin Can Bay Inc.  Sailability organisation is designed to give people with disabilities of any level the opportunity to participate in a sporting, recreational and social atmosphere.   Sailability Tin Can Bay is a non-profit organisation run entirely by volunteers.   

Sailability encourages and makes possible freedom on the water either with a trained and qualified volunteer companion or alone if competent.  Purpose designed dinghies are used under strict supervision to ensure maximum safety at all times.  More information can be obtained by calling (07) 54880 484 or email robin.scott@internode.on.net.
